I just came across this old board... well, month's old. I don't even remember ever seeing it, but I think it was a good idea to have such a place for telling people about legitimate contests and openings to writers. Now, I realize that it had only two threads for the whole of 2008, and was probably taking up more space than it was worth, but could a smaller sub-topic be started for it somewhere? I'm sure there will be more contests and publishing openings in the future... Dunno. It's nearly midnight and I might not be making much sense. Thoughts, oh People of Importance?
We've had a lot of scams and spams in the form of "contest announcements", so when the forums were reorganized several months ago, that particular forum was removed from service.
