What would be your ideal software/tools to help you write?

    i used to have a dictionary, but my nan needed one so i gave her mine, now, no dictionary... i have French and Spanish ones (which were a helluva lotta money) but not an english one

    I don't see what's any more enlightening about the "journey" of turning paper pages than waiting a fraction of a second for something to appear on a screen. You're not learning anything from either, it's just that one has become a sort of romanticised idea to some people, for some reason.

    One could say the other has become the "techie trend" for some people. The point is that you don't have to have technology to write, and no technology will make you write well. That's entirely on you.
