Robin would probably sit up very slowly and walk away, and try to look like he was all cool and in control of the situation. And as soon as he got to the door, he'd run like hell. He'd be fighting against some sort of magical powerful creature and, being the slightly cocky fighter, misjudge the creature's abilities. He'd then be mauled and make a lucky escape, but would bleed out over the course of a day, leaving his hawk companion to go on his own. What would your MC do if he/she were stuck with (As in handcuffed, or other timely equivalent) his/her worst enemy?

Condensed version of a scene from my WIP. The humiliated politician held the knife to Huey's throat. "This is it Cross. You've embarassed me for the last time. You're going to die right here, right now." Sweat pours out of Huey's body. Realising he could use this to his advantage, he squirms and slips through Osgood's arms. After all he had gone through lately, he wasn't prepared to die at the hands of a crossdressing MP. They stand face to face, breathing heavily. Osgood lunges but Huey sees him coming and side-steps. Osgood twists on his high heels and crashes to the floor. Huey grabs the knife from his hand and whispers in his ear. "We need each other, Osgood. You help me and I will help you. Please don't try to kill me again." Huey jumps up and disappears through the open window, leaving the stricken MP to adjust his wig and wonder what the hell went wrong.
