Well, my MC's worst enemy is technically Hitler, but since Hitler is mostly a distant figure, I guess his real worst enemy would be the father of his love, a high-ranking Nazi official. All in all, it depends on what was taken, but I guess the most precious possible thing would be his true love, which would also be his worst enemy's daughter. In this case, I suppose they would reluctantly accept it, since she is so precious to both of them, but no promises for what would happen afterward! Describe where your character lives.
Crappy run-down neighborhood. What would your MC do if he/she was walking down a poorly-lit, isolated street late at night and realized he/she was being followed by a giant, rabid-looking hellhoud-esque dog with glowing red eyes?
She'd simply say: "Damn it, Belial! Didn't we kill you and your petty little vampires like a year ago? I already told you you're not getting the Diamond heart. Don't you ever give up?" Who would be the first person on your MC's kill list?

Edit: Curses! Beaten again to the post. What's your main character's humour like? When around her family, she has a motherly, encouraging sense of humor. When fighting alongside her army, it tends to be rather dry. After your MC accomplishes his/her goal in life, what will they do?
She will take off her shoes, throw away her weapons, and walk out into the sunlight, feeling the grass under her feet. Then she'll start thinking about the people she's missed during all these years. What does your character eat, and why?
Snacks. You know, chips and all that. Why? Because it's yummy to her. What is the thing your MC did, but would never admit it to anyone?
Married a beautiful princess and ruled the kingdom with her for 18 years. He would never admit to being royalty. (Tragic Romance) What would your MC do, sacrifice ten to save a hundred, or allow the hundred to die because the ten do not want to die?
Depends of who those ten are. If they're people she likes, then there's no way she'd hurt them. What is the funniest thing your MC did?
Trying to tell a joke. It was very funny, but not in the way she intended. What does your character think about using animals for medical tests?
It's not something that would particularly matter to him, but he may be intrigued by it. He'd probably wonder how testing things on animals relates to how they'll work on a human. Which TV show could you imagine your character watching religiously?
If it's a cure for cancer or something, and it was the only way to keep humans alive, she'd be for it, but not for petty things. If your MC got arrested, what would it most likely be for? Edit: Sorry, I answered the previous question again. To answer the new one...perhaps "Walking Dead"?

His favorite animal would be a dog. He can train him and make the dog as smart as a human. What would your main character do if he or she lost his or her best friends?
The time does come when that happens. On the outside, he seems to be cool and reserved, but on the inside, he's falling apart slowly. He's usually a chipper guy with a lot to say, but after he loses his best friend (also his love interest) he starts to become less humorous.
