Mine is a section of a painting that depicts Persephone... Despite claims from other people that I look similar to my avatar - I strongly disagree - I chose it because I thought it suited my (forum) name...

 

My dear Canadian friend made it for me from a picture my husband took of me. And this lovely Canadian lady is coming to Finland right about now (probably already landing).

Well... eating hobbits isn't cannibalism... just remember to shave their feet first.

Mine is from Warhammer 40k, my favorite Chaos legion, The Emperors Children.

 

I picked charlie brown, because the whole concept of charlie brown seems to fit my persona at every point. I am lonely, nothing special to look at, i am a hopeless optimist, i love a girl i can't have, nobody really seems to have time for me. People still keep me around because i am entertaining, or make them feel better about themselves. I don't know which it is.

 

I made my avatar. It is a simple statement of what I wish to create. If perhaps a very poorly worded way of saying it.

 

Today's is my youngest grandson.
Why? Because he turned 1 and I can't be there to hug him.
Usually I pick either my cats or my human family members.
Rarely myself.
