I am just stopping by here before I pass out to ask if anyone else here uses white noise when they work or for anything. I just tried out white noise after having tried out binaural beats with little success. White noise worked out excellent for me. Not only did it help greatly with concentration, but it also relaxed me a lot.
Sounds like a good idea. Anything that works that doesn't intrude on other people is a good idea, in my opinion!
