In terms of writing, I can get around one and a half thousand per session, though I don't do many sessions. In terms of men, depends how tired my wrist is.

Stories, chapters, words? I'll go with pages since that's mainly what I pay attention to - about three to four a night. Maybe more or less - depends how distracted I get.
OMG... I was confused by the title... Let's assume you dropped the 'y' and you meant: How many can you bang out? Can you please still clarify many of what and is there a time range? I wouldn't want to answer incorrectly. I mean, I would say Zero or One, but neither answer feels impressive. Edit: Oh I see, there is a time range. hehe I was fixated with the title.
I shoot for a thousand a day, and usually hit it, but that's if I have an evening free to sit and write.
I'm kind of a wimp, so 1000-1500 words a day. If I'm feeling ambitious I'll go for one entire scene (usually 4-6 pages) As for "bang out"...its still one of my favorite tech n9ne songs
Comfortably, about 5,000 words. I did 10k once as a challenge but it was too much, and I won't repeat it unless I have a sudden deadline.
This thread intrigues me. I'd be more interested to know if people are consistent than how much. I tend to have research time, then knock out the plot in a day, then fill in details and edit. I'm writing the entire time, but not in the same quantity. When I want to just get my plot down, I tend to write in a stream of consciousness style so the quantity is very high but the quality is very low. Those sessions tend to be much longer too since I'm trying to get as much of the plot down as possible. I've gone way over 25K in a day before. I also have a fairly obsessive personality, so I may not stop for like 16 hours. Then during editing the quantity is quite low, but it's much higher quality. They're also shorter since they're harder. Probably about 1000 words then. I do the same thing when I write software so that's probably why.
1,000-1,500 a day five days a week (I give myself weekends off) Unless I was lazy and skipped a day in which case I make up the extra day on Sat.
About 350 words per double-spaced page, I do about 5-10 pages per night (when writing... done now) so 1500-3500 words.
I think this is a good point - it may be more valuable to measure words finished/polished/submitted/published rather than raw words written. Which would obviously mean measuring on a different time frame than the daily one... which I also think is good! I write 365K words a year, but I certainly don't write 1K words every single day. I used to write 520K a year, but it got to be too much. After keeping track of that, I measure how many of those words are published. There's no direct link between the words written in a given year and the words published in that or any other year, but I think it's still valuable to keep track of.
Er, I write on paper so I go by pages. Anywhere from a page to six. Depends if I've had to do some research and how much rubbing out I have done.
25,00o in a day? That's insane. I could never do it. I like a long writing session, but I've found that my writing suffers if I go past 5,000 words in a day. I'm just really drained after that. I average about 500 words an hour. That might be really slow compared to some of you. And I thought I was a fast writer. LOL. I will say, my writing is pretty clean so I'm okay with my speed. It means less editing later. I don't really aim for a daily word count. I also don't write every day. But I am a full-time writer at the moment. I aim for 5,000 to 10,000 words a week. It's just the pace I feel like I can sustain and produce what is hopefully publishable work.
Looking at my current stats (doing a facebook writing challenge rather than NaNoWriMo,) I'm going anywhere from 1500-4500 words per day, as for my sex life? you've gotta be joking haven't you? i have none
