Well it comes down to adding in the element of the criminal nature, and they offered to jump right the hell in. The species is a somewhat close ally to the Centurians, and they actually love the Uldivarions. And they just so happen to be drifting about, like pirates do, due to the need to be on the move all the time. The brief history behind the Volgan Pirates, is they over took the elite soldiers transporting them off to a prison moon, and got rid of the rapists and child molesters in less than pleasant fashion. In general Volgans are well known in cannon for being attracted to violence, but there are exceptions to the rule (isn't there always ). Where I am kinda hesitant to really push this little bit along, is: A. Am I adding too much into an already well populated story? B. Or am I just over thinking the whole thing?
