Just another new member. As the thread title might suggest, I'm from the beautiful northern suburbs of Sydney, Australia. I've been writing on and off since I was in school, although I've taken it far more seriously over the past few years. I mostly write sci-fi and, historically, I've always tried to keep things as scientifically possible & accurate as I can. Though lately I've enjoyed relaxing this and just going for more of a scientifically plausible stance. Three things to know about me outside of writing: - I'll be a first time dad in just under 4 months - Obsessed with photography - Particularly astrophotography - 1 year shy of the big 30. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

And being a parent certainly can give a new perspective to writers. And writing can give you something to think about while you're dandling the child ...and dandling you will certainly be.
